Before this the insured will have informed mostly in writing about his rights to choose a repair shop of his choice.

Giving up with these two Law questions-Help here?
John, an automobile dealer, entered a contract with Lisa in which Lisa agreed to purchase a 1995 Chevrolet automobile from John for $2,000. John expressly told Lisa that the motor in the automobile was bad, along with clutch and brakes. Further, John told Lisa that she would probably need to have the automobile repaired immediately upon leaving the dealership. Lisa purchased the automobile despite its problems. However, Lisa became disgruntle because the costs of the repairs were more than she expected. She filed suit against John for breach of warranty. The most likely result will be that
Answer Choices:
a) Lisa will win, because the implied warranty of merchantability was violated.
b) Lisa will win, because the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose was violated.
c) Lisa will lose, because no warranties were violated.
d) Lisa will lose, because express warranties displace inconsistent implied warranties.
2. Eddie goes to the Home Store to purchase a light fixture for his bathroom. No salesperson assisted Eddie, so he carried the box packaging the light fixture to the register himself, checked out, and then carried the box to his automobile. In very small, lowercase writing on the bottom of the box, the following words appeared, ?This light fixture is sold as is, with all faults.? When Eddie got home, he tried to install the light fixture, and a defect in the light fixture caused all of the fuses in Eddie?s house to blow out. The light fixture couldn?t be installed correctly due to the defect. Which of the following will be the most likely result?
Answer Choices:
A. Eddie won?t have a claim for breach of warranty because all implied warranties were disclaimed by the writing on the bottom of the box.
B. Eddie should have a claim for breach of warranty because the writing on the bottom of the box wasn?t conspicuous.
C. Eddie should have a claim for breach of the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, but not for the implied warranty of merchantability.
D. Eddie should have a claim for breach of express warranties, but not for any implied warranties.

Someone stole car frame from my automobile repair facility, got license plate number.?
Just a hour ago, (today, sunday), i pulled into my auto repair facility to finish paperwork before monday. When i pulled in, two guys in a red pickup truck floored it out of there. I am the owner, so i went to investigate why they were there. I checked my storage shed, and noticed they had stolen a car frame. These frames are very expensive. I got the license plate of the truck right before they pulled out. I have video security. Now, as far as legally, what can i do? Do i just call the cops and tell them what happened and hopefully they can find them? Can i do anything at all? Can i press charges in court? What is the maximum penalty against them, and or money compensation i may recieve if i sucessfully win the case in court? This is going to cause me MAJOR losses, we use the frames for our contractors vehicles, and now we are behind on repairs. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you,
Steve
Bill, i am asking this as a serious question, because i want to know if it would be even worth going after them. They most likley are going to scrap the frame because it is steel, and my storage shed is in the back, and they did not break in to the actual facility.

Anyone Know/Seen Any Female Mechanics?
Hello Folks:
I am an adult male living over in the Eastern United States and I have a thing for female motor mechanics and other women working in nontraditional fields. I do not even know why it's like that. While most men like women who can cook, clean (and maybe do some gardening and knitting), I tend to like women who can fix, repair, build and maintain things. (Hey, I'm single and live by myself, so I already do my own cooking and cleaning.) This fetish for Women with Power Tools that I have is a turn on for me, much like the way some guys get turned on when they see Girls with Guns. I am aware that the average tradeswoman/handywoman is quite "rough around the edges" and thus very far from a beauty queen and/or even a Hooter's Girl, but hey, I am prepared to deal with that fact. Besides, I have seen a few "fix it" chicks that look real good that I would not mind being with.
I know that I got a list of movies and television shows featuring female electrians, female mechanics, female plumbers, etc. (both professional and amateur) from Internet Movie Data Base ( http://www.imdb.com ). Some examples are the 2007 and 2009 TRANSFORMERS movies, "Beauty and the Geek", "Catwalk", "EastEnders", "Firefly", "Home Improvement", "Home Makeover", "Lucille's Car Clinic", "Neighbours", some of THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS movies, BETTER OFF DEAD (1985), DARK ANGEL (otherwise known as I COME IN PEACE) (1990), DEVIL GIRL (2007), http://www.highmaintenancethemovie.com , LADRON QUE ROBA A LADRON (2007), LOVE IN HIGH GEAR (1932), NORTH COUNTRY (2005), REDLINE (2007), SERENITY (2005), SPEED RACER (2008), TANK GIRL (1995), GONE IN SIXTY SECONDS (either from 1974 or 2000), TOMBOY (1985), KEEP YOUR POWDER DRY (1945) and quite possibly FASTER, PUSSYCAT! KILL! KILL! (1965) - (I heard that the chicks in that movie do some automobile repairs. Is this true?)
I know that a lady named Sarah Lyons came out with some FEMALE MECHANICS calendars at http://www.sarahlyon.com/calendar . Back in the late 1980s/early 1990s, when I first got into this fetish, I saw a poster of a chick dressed in a white skirt, holding a wrench and working underneath her yellow Porsche or Volkswagen Beetle. Does anyone have this picture? Also, I saw an old issue of HOT ROD Magazine where a groom was standing up in the middle of the garage while the bride was under the hood tinkering with the engine. Has anyone seen this? Some of the stock photography links have pictures of female mechanics as well.
Do any other guys get turned on by handywomen? Does anyone else know of any good movies featuring female mechanics? Please let me know. Thank you.
