Was this a shoddy body repair?
I got my car back from the body shop today after a minor fender bender. The front headlight was replaced, and the front fender was hammered out and painted. When I first looked at it, it looked fine, so I paid for it. But now that I look at it, the headlight isn't totally flush with the body. The rubber seal around it sticks out slightly on the outer side of the light, which it doesn't on the other side. Otherwise, the repair looks fine though. Should I take it back and complain, or should I not worry about it?

Should I take my car back to the body shop?
My car was in a minor accident that damaged the fender and headlight. I got it repaired at a body shop. At first, it looked fine to me, but when I looked at it again, I saw that the black rubber insulation around the headlight was not flush with the car, like it was on the other side. The repair otherwise looks fine. Should I bring it back to the shop for them to fix, or is it not worth it? Does it matter if the insulation is not exactly flush with the car, like will this allow water to get in or anything?

Is Lush worth the money?
To me, drugstore beauty products give hell to my face and body (trust me, I've tried ALL) so I don't care too much about spending a bit more on stuff like Body Shop. I have been in love with Lush for a long time but there are no Lush stores around where I live. But I'm curious if it's worth the money performance-wise (not talking about ingredients and fragrance). I'm especially interested in solid shampoo and soap. What do you think?

What about if the check from insurance for auto hail damage is higher than a repair of the car?
I didn't get the check yet because I need to find the auto body shop for the hail damage repair and the check can't be made on my name but on my name and auto body shop name only. I asked a couple estimates and they give me a price for the repair about $1000 lower than the check is. What about the rest of the money? Do the auto body shop take it or what? I live in Chicago and maybe someone have a good repair man who can deal with it.

Will I still get trouble due to the hit and run claim right now?
I had a minor accident at parking lot in front of my rental house. I hit a parked vehicle when backing off. It is around 6:00 am in the morning and everybody was sleeping, I knew the owner of the vehicle was also living in the house so I just left the scene and thought I could contact with the owner after returning since we all live here. Honestly, I did not know it is hit and run and seriously criminal. On the second day, we negotiated the accident and I called the police to get an report. At that time, we all did not mention the hit and run issue to the police.Then my insurance handle the case to compensate her. But recently, i got message from the other party, she said she had dropped out the damaged car at the body shop and asked me to pay her the compensation for the diminished value $2000 since my insurer refused to cover it. She threatened if I did not pay it to her, she will say I was hit and run and make me in prison. I just want to know whether I should pay her the diminished value instead of my insurance company. And If I do not need to pay it, shall I get trouble for the hit and run claim?

Which Body Shop foundation is best?
I have dry skin that looks flakey when i put foundation on it so I've been looking for one that doesn't make it look so bad and i came across the body shop foundations. I've tried several different foundations from so many different brands (Rimmel, Loreal, graftobian, MAC, Clinique, benefit, lancome, etc) but none of them have worked. The two that i'm interested in is the Extra Virgin Minerals Liquid Foundation and the Moisture foundation. If you've tried them, which one do you think would work the best for me? how long does it last for?

How much to repair body rust on a '70s challenger?
It runs and drives good but has a lot of body rust. Pretty much all over the car. So basically should I take it to a body shop and have them fix it or just buy all the panels, tack weld and paint? If I take it to a shop on average how much should it be, a simple matte black paint job included?
